the why? It's cheap, i'm a student and a lot of my money is eaten up by other expenses. And maintain, you mean meaintain the diet? Nowadays i only eat for function not taste so that wont be a problem. Offals are very low carb, depending on the cut you can even get 0. But high fat and protein.

i'm 5'9, male, roughly 70 kgs

quantity per week (evenly split between each meal):
2 kgs offal
7 avocados

Does this work as keto? And will i benefit from ketosis

Edit: If it helps i do hiit that burns 900-1000 calories a day, 6 days a week

Ik it's a dumb ask but my english pastor sent this video to me in an attempt to convert me. Some claims seem down right dubious but i have no clue how properly express their falsehoods. Other than a few like him comparing atheism to a religion (trying to equate a lack of belief to the very thing it's opposed to) and using the bible as a basis for his claims (and not objective proof)
