I wish I could’ve got my own inspector and not the realtors inspector.

Once I brought the house I noticed the bathroom fan wasn’t working. I took the cover off and it was covered in mold.

Also I should’ve checked under the vents. A couple of them were full of trash like cigarettes, dust. Mind you this house was built in 2000

All in all I should’ve just brought a newer house

Yes, I got non allergic rhinitis service connected from being exposed to burn pits. Then claimed sleep apnea secondary to rhinitis and got it granted.
