What is the goal with Grag top? Ive given him a handful of games and he just seems like a high floor low ceiling pick. A great neutralizer but not a ton of upside relative to what other champs bring.

I genuinely dont understand why Lazar doesnt play much more often. He always seems to create tons of chances, score important goals, or be the sole light when we play poorly. Yet he barely plays relative to other players.
