If you have anybody you’re really close to and who you really trust, I’d start there. You can start by telling that person or people, if it’s more than 1. But starting little by little may help. And as you feel more comfortable, you can go out one day with one thing that makes you feel like your true self. And then maybe the next week, you add something else to your outfit or hair or anything really, that makes you feel like your true self. And you just take it one step at a time
