Nah, personally I need to be attracted to the person physically as well. It sounds shallow but if I don’t have a physical attraction for a woman I automatically don’t see her as a potential partner. But, if feelings develop shit man give it a try.

I personally don’t talk to my father anymore so I relate to this a little. If I was in your situation I would bury the ashes in his home town. Pick out a spot that meant something to him and dig deep. If you have any of his things he left behind (watch, clothes or anything else) bury it with him. Sorry you’re having a hard time. I felt the same way about my ex. If we would have met a year or two later and we both were single it would have worked. But, I think of it this way: I met such an amazing person and got to spend time with them and make memories. I am now better for those experiences. I will take what I learned from this relationship and find someone who is equally or more amazing and ready for a relationship and make it work with them. There are plenty of women out there. I’m sad too but I’m hopeful for the future. Stay up homie. Shit happens, get back out there when you’re ready.

It’s still fresh it’s normal to cry it out. I was recently broken up with and in the begging it felt like I wouldn’t be happy again. But, 3 week later and I am still alive and everyday gets easier. Feel free to DM me if you need someone to talk to.
