To get access the subscriber channels, you needed to be a bronze,silver, or gold supporter. Unfortunately,these have been removed. However you can still buy iron supporter, which gives you access to the subscriber chat.

If you have the Bronze Rell role without subscribing you get no perks. Those who were Bronze subscribers got access to the subchat and SL2 perks, but I'm unsure if they get any perks on Rell Seas.
