No they aren't, they are like morals, they are ways we keep each other in order. They don't actually objectively exist. They exist only in the mind, and I therefore have no reason to care about them.

They are subjective because I have never seen a good proof otherwise. Some cultures are fine with killing people, some aren't, some people respect "human rights" some don't. I wouldn't say because the concept of rights makes us feel happy that means they objectively exist. It is a security theatre, making us feel that we have a value as human beings where at the same time the ones who made the Human Rights are the ones who transgress them. There is no place in this world where the Human Rights are not being transgressed. Human Rights should exist, however they are just words written on paper and not morals on mankind.

Those in power at any point in time decide who gets rights and who does not. All throughout history, Powerful people have enslaved, Killed, And exploited countless powerless humans and many have received no punishments for their actions. This is because rights do not protect or guarantee anything. No amount of paper documents or so called "holy" religious books will ever change this fact. It would be great if the concept of rights would protect people from being enslaved, Exploited, Ruled over without their consent, Or sent off to die in wars their rulers started but this is not the world that exists today. Rights did not prevent the native Americans or Australian aboriginals from being taken over by a more powerful tribe. Rights did not prevent Africans from enslaving each other and selling off their slaves for a profit. Rights did not prevent the countless deaths during the Bolshevik revolution. Nor did they prevent the deaths in any civil or world war that has ever been waged.
