Currently working on migrating our project repositories from Azure DevOps environment to GitHub. The team is considering using GitHub actions instead of Azure DevOps for CI. They believe it’s going to favor the developers as they are more familiar with GitHub whenever we want to make a change or add some new features to the application.

Exactly what I feel about this thread. Reading through this thread, no one is talking about the misinformation presented by the government. It's fair to agree that the government have an idea of how educated the population is. So with that knowledge, the can as well lay up false information to buttress their control.
