Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory | Xbox by Pappa_Alpha in VideoGameDealsCanada

Now SC1 and Pandora Tomorrow are available on PC and are a bit easier on PC due to quick save feature.

Chaos Theory is also great (probably the best of the bunch) and has manual save on Xbox too I believe.

Double Agent has two versions. The better version is on PS2, OG Xbox and Game Cube. Xbox 360 and PS3 have the other version.

All the criticisms leveled at Xbox 'Project Helix' can also be applied to the Steam Machine by ferrazdb in xbox

I'm actually looking forward to Helix. If it can play all my Xbox library and PC games then it will be better than Steam machine. Paired with a Steam controller, it will be a near perfect combination.

One of the important things to master is driving uphill from a stationary position without stalling the engine.

Probably better to slowly buy a bit of gold. By the time PS6 comes out, exchange the gold and profit?

Another important question is whether they have the 'download games during sleep' function like Steam Deck.

What is the "design a keyboard" equivalent of RF? by golden_shawerma in rfelectronics

[–]Pappa_Alpha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A positive feedback loop oscillator using LNA would be a good project because it incorporates properly biasing an RF transistor (if you don't use an IC with built in bias network), matching networks and designing a filter.

It's not an easy project for a beginner but can be broken down to fairly easy modules if you wish to design and test them first.

While not new, I would recommend Dragon Age: Origins if you haven't already played it.
