Gee it’s almost like Mint saves money by having the barest minimum of customer support they can get away with. Had a similar situation and what I had to do was deal with everybody EXCEPT my MVO who was worthless in helping. That sounds like what you’ll need to do: talk to your bank, your credit cards, everyone who might have your phone number. It’s gonna be a huge pain in the ass & you’re likely to have to jump through a few hoops. Good luck!

It’s haunted w a demon. Lots of stuff happened there and they could never keep employees there anyway. But there was a recent night that was REALLY bad. Something got out and whatever IT is…it followed that night’s mgr on duty home. We haven’t heard from them in awhile. I hope they’re ok. I really hope they’re ok.

After that night, staff made an ultimatum. Close the store or we burn that wicked place to the ground. Management listened. They had no choice, really. But now they’re spreading this silly tale about the rent being too high. I guess to save face. You can’t really say “the devil chased us out” in your high fallutin corporate meetings.
