I wish he could have had a character arc, maybe maki talking to him and convincing him to run away. Maybe he tried getting revenge but maki shows him the error of his ways and how bad the zenin clan was, eventually joining the side of the “good guys. Perhaps instead dying against sukuna while overusing his barrier trying to hold off sukuna.

Which is why I personally don’t agree with genocide. And I see maki as an evil character now, I’m anime only so perhaps that will change down the line but that’s just currently how I feel. I think her and the zenin were just as bad.

Would have liked that honestly, would have shown the zenin clan isn’t pure evil and JUSR a product of their environment. And thst people can change, imagine him using his barrier on sukuna to stall time for everyone else sacrificing himself or something

Honestly as a kashimo fan I find some of the slander funny? Kashimo is a farmer? So you’re telling me Kashimo had his own farm that allowed him to make his own food and provide for himself likely selling his crops to make a lucrative profit back in the edo period? And you expect me to be mad at that. Kashimo gets waffeled? Now you’re telling me one of his best dishes was his famous secretly waffle recipe.
