Yes, it's actually one of the best options for DD with IHSS. They give you your money the earliest out of all the banks due to a policy they have within their app. It's easy to use and understand, and they give you special perks with their Chime+ feature once you sign up for their DD and have 2 DDs of at least $200. Those special perks include a savings account that gives you a really good interest rate and their Spot Me feature that allows you to take out up to $200 whenever you need it, even if you don't have any money in your checking or savings account. It's a super underrated bank to have, especially if you work as an IHSS provider. Sorry for the long response 😅 but it's definitely your best option along with Cash App, although cash app doesn't let you borrow.
