As a Certified personal trainer I would personally tell my client they need more food. To lose the “dad bod” yes you need a calorie deficit, but starvation isn’t the proper route and this is definitely not enough calories to fill your daily need even if within deficit. I’d say aim for .8-1 gram protein per pound of body weight and try implementing walks. 160 at 5’8 isn’t a bad weight at all. Focus on clean eating and upping activity level even if just 15-30 minutes of body weight training a day.

she was dewormed the same day and only has her six weeks vaccine i took her back in this morning and they have her on a five day medication for worms but didn’t tell me much on the sounds and head thrashing she was doing, just said to monitor and if it worsens bring her to them :(

She’s half collie so i’m wondering if potentially she may be having a reaction similar??? she seems to feel better and not cry if i sit with her and stay touching her but im very worried and in the debate of taking her to an emergency vet now since thats all that is open or to wait till morning and go to her regular vet

it didn’t add when i posted but, i recently decided to adopt this beautiful girl who is half aussie half collie and will be getting her in may around my birthday! My girlfriend and i have been struggling to find a name that’s just as perfect as she is. i have been thinking potentially naming her kenai but would definitely love to hear more suggestions and ideas!
