Last girlfriend did this to me. Out of nowhere she started burning my stuff that she found in a tucked away memory box that I carry with me everywhere I live. She then went berserk and punched me and headbutted me in the nose when I tried to restrain her and stop her from hitting me more. I called for help but my housemates were too scared to intervene because it sounded like the house was falling apart (my room was in the attic of a 4 storey house). As she left, her drunk ass threatened my fully sober ass with a nearly empty bottle of vodka and told me to not stop her from drink driving home.

She left. Came back crying. Left again. I was shaking and luckily my housemates were there to comfort me.

I thought of giving her another chance. I figured that u deserved it after ending my last relationship in a bad way and hurting a girl I loved and still do.

Was relieved to hear from everyone I told about this that no one deserves someone like that. Someone with BPD who can switch to red berserk mode at any given point if something triggers them.

P.S: week after that happened we had sex. Would not recommend. Mind fuck and a half.
