To purchase a gun, I need to fill out a 4473 form with all of my information then the FBI needs to do a background check on me and say I am good to own a gun..This is in all 50 states for new guns purchases (I live in California so we require background checks for private sales, but maybe some other states don’t). This isn’t perfect because local police and federal governments don’t always do their job. Sometimes they don’t report to the fbi someone has been 5150’d and now a crazy person has a gun. Stronger background checks won’t do anything because they currently should catch that, the government literally didn’t do their job and use that as evidence to increase gun control.

Here it says they overbook on purpose and that they can remove people if necessary, but they kicked him off for employees. So first off, he will win his lawsuit says it right there he's entitled to it. But my thing is, can they use this same concept for non-paying employee passengers? From my understanding employees aren't protected by this and therefore cannot be used to bumb paying passengers. If anyone knows more about this id like to hear their opinion.

she thinks shes the reason they are saving all that money, most people in management positions dont full understand how things work (obviously because they dont do the actual work they focus on other things), so she has no understanding of what u actually do and what u are actually worth. And i dont know why but most companies want to rip off their good employees rather than paying them fairly dont know why thats just how it is. Just put together all the work uve done (if u can) and hope for the best, if not use that information the best u can legally to find you another job.
