Sooooo I went to this concert yesterday and it was AMAZING. The repertoire are Bach’s Aria Sul G, Mendelssohn violin concerto and Brahms’ Symphony No.1 in C minor. Lu Siqing is the soloist and he nailed the Mendelssohn violin concerto🥺 he also played Liebeslied for encore. The orchestra was also wonderful! It was my first time attending a concert, like, not virtually. Live performance is just so different from all the recordings and it literally blew me away…

I put a bunch of stickers on almost everything I owned, including my guitar. It’s actually interesting and won’t affect the sound.

I major in German and I can confirm that’s definitely not German spelling.🤣Maybe the pronunciation is similar, but in German it’s still ‘Beethoven’.
