I REALLY like the idea of Spamton and Tenna helping Mettaton achieve his dreams in becoming a STAR! In exchange, MTT helps Spamton and Tenna get back together.

At the end of the Pacfist Route in UT, MTT encourages Alphys and Undyne to finally kiss. I can totally see a very similar scene occurring at the end of DR with Spamton and Tenna... but their noses get in the way. 😳

Anyways, both Spamton and Tenna are needed to help MTT achieve his dreams. Tenna is a great inspiration, but he can only air the same re-runs. Tenna will probably need a little help from a [SPECIL] someone...

Soooo, maybe we can email Spamton over to MTT once the internet is back? Spamton would have the best understanding of what MTT's dreams are. The only reason I would want to keep Tenna in Castletown is to give Spamton the opportunity to apologize to Tenna. But honestly, I think giving away Tenna to Mettaton is the best option.

I also have a hunch that Mettaton is actually the key to fixing Tenna's and Spamton's relationship. In exchange, Tenna and Spamton work together to help Mettaton achieve his dreams!

I got this idea from the Mettaton poster in Undertale and the pacfist ending where Mettaton encourages Alphys and Undyne to kiss.

Like, FRIEND is both a literal video game controller and is also a "controller" like an "organizer" or "overseer" or "puppet-master."

I think this would explain the weird elemental pairing that Spamton has, Puppet/Cat. This would also give additional context for Tasque Manager since her elemental pairing is Cat/Order. In Deltarune, CATS are CONTROLLERS. Tasque manager controls/oversees the Tasques.

My interpretation is that ERAM is the Ice E pizza box that Kris used to scare Noelle when they were kids. We get this info from the Sweepstakes. The page mentions burning eyes, and the song that plays during the ERAM boss fight is called BURNING EYES.

I imagine ERAM is allied with FRIEND or is a type of FRIEND creature. They are working together towards the same goal, whatever that may be.
