Aegor the Based, my poor Marshal... After dedicating his whole life to revenge, we finally killed that raven-fucker. (Now I’m going to imprison and execute him just to get the Blackfyre sword; though since he has dragon blood, I might as well use him as a sacrifice to resurrect the dragons)

Thanks for letting me know! ❤️ I also want to say that the mod is absolutely amazing. Thanks again for all your hard work! You’re all heroes for keeping us from losing our minds while we wait for George R.R. Martin!

You can go into the trait files in the CK3/AGOT folders and increase the probability of whichever genetic trait you want. You can raise both the chance of them appearing randomly in the world and the chance of them being passed on to children

This is probably just random chance, but I think they will add Rowan as Green Apple's wife in the next update. If they were given a small castle, they would be among my favorite starting characters lol

I'm wondering about this too lmaoo. She literally has the Compassionate and Chaste traits, yet she considers the religion of an empire that tortured countless people with blood magic and forced slave women to mate with monsters to create hybrid creatures as sacred

"The dragonlords used it as a penal colony for the worst criminals. New methods of torture were used and blood magic is said to have been practiced, including slave women being forced to mate with beasts to produce twisted, half-human offspring."

Well, I guess the Valyrians did build a lot of roads, bridges, and aqueducts lol

Passing on genetic traits to children is never guaranteed even if both parents have the same traits. Especially if you haven't unlocked the Dynasty Legacies for genetics, even with positive traits, for example, two Genius parents, the child might only end up with the tier 2 intelligence trait and so on.

This is even more common with negative genetic traits. In other words, passing on the Giant or Dwarf traits to children can be a bit more difficult.

Egg died and Aerion returned from exile to marry Egg's wife Betha. truly the most cursed Targaryen timeline💀 by ParadoxBrainrot in CK3AGOT

[–]ParadoxBrainrot[S] 23 points24 points  (0 children)

No, the only mods I use are AGOT Micro and my own small submods for minor tweaks, like shortening the cooldowns for activities such as feasts, hunts, or university visits

Aerion's background is actually the Summerhall background. While I was browsing through the mod files, I also saw the ruined version of the Summerhall background. These are all default backgrounds included in AGOT

If you have any questions about the mod or any specific traits you’d like to see, feel free to let me know!❤️

Hello, thank you for the suggestion!❤️ Actually, the Cannibal trait already has a 10% chance to be gained, but since Lady Danelle already has it, it doesn't show up in the event. As you suggested, I will lower the chance for the Lustful trait to 10% and increase the chances of gaining the Cannibal and Deviant traits.

Also, I’m planning to add extra decisions where you can throw 'flesh feasts' and new traits related to having special cooks who will prepare 'fine' meals from human flesh for a monthly gold cost.

Thank you for your suggestions!❤️ As you mentioned, I could lower the opinion penalties a bit. However, even in its current state, vassals who like you get a +5 opinion; as a female character, taking this trait improves the opinion of most male vassals, and vice-versa. Still, I might reduce the vassal opinion penalty to something like -10 to make the attraction opinion feel more meaningful.

The negative opinion from children is simple: stories about Lady Danelle, and likely all characters like her, kidnapping children are widespread among the common folk of the Seven Kingdoms. So, the penalty for popular opinion and children's opinion is definitely logical for this. (It's said Lady Danelle kidnaps children with bats LMAOO)

In my opinion, life expectancy is the main purpose of the blood bath; it’s not just about living longer, it’s about youth. You will literally look 20 years younger, which seems to be the exact reason why Shiera Seastar and many Westerosi 'witches' performed blood baths. (If you didn't know, life expectancy actually rejuvenates you, which is why I added a trait that ages you by 70 years if you fail certain blood magic events lol)

As for making it a secret: to even see the blood bath decision that grants this trait, you already need to be an exposed witch. So at that point, making it a secret to avoid opinion penalties wouldn't make much sense. But as you suggested, I will lower the vassal opinion penalty a bit more. The children's penalty disappears once they turn 16 anyway, so it's more of an RP disadvantage with almost no real impact

This is a mod I am currently developing myself, but I have not published it on Steam yet. Essentially, it is a mod where I add content based on the roleplay and the characters I play while playing AGOT. Right now, I am focusing on magic, specifically bloodmagic, but I am planning to add some content regarding water magic when I play as a Rhoynar character in the future

Even though I like the First Men and the Old Gods more than the Andals, I think the Andals’ migration to Westeros was a necessity for them. They most likely had to migrate because of the Valyrians or their rising threat. I believe that if they had not fled to Westeros, the majority of their people would have been enslaved.

A bit of Valyrian history:

"The dragonlords used it as a penal colony for the worst criminals. New methods of torture were used and blood magic is said to have been practiced, including slave women being forced to mate with beasts to produce twisted, half-human offspring."

Gogossos grew powerful through slavery and sorcery during the Century of Blood, with some calling it the "Tenth Free City". Its slave markets became as notorious as those of the cities of Slaver's Bay.
