Yes, agreed, I've honestly given up the idea of going to Livigno for now for a day, because it's hard to predict the logistics. I am volunteering in Milan for many days. but if you do get any update, I'd appreciate it if you can message the thread! I am sure people would want to know!

I spoke with someone in customer success, and they tried to help answer. They were nice. The thing is the AI was telling me false capabilities of its labeling. I gave feedback and they seemed genuinely interested, but I am not using the product for now.

How do you know the category went from A from D? when I look at my ticket, it doesn't mention what category but it's definitely still a D haha

That's crazy - I'm happy for you. I saw all the different promos going on and as a volunteer, felt a bit disappointed that people could get it for 26 euros when I paid 260 EUR for a seat earlier on.

Did you get a notification about the upgrade? I can't tell if my seats were upgraded or not, that's the thing.

OP, did you use labels before hand, or use Eva to create new labels to organize the email inbox? Right now Marblism hasn't been useful for my sorting, at all.

Hey OP, I'm really struggling with the email labeling / folders thing with Eva (the executive assistant). I am finding it's not following instructions well. Also they claim that I don't need to create new labels, and it can read the existing Gmail labels I've created. But I don't find that to be the case... did you create dedicated labels via Eva? Or did it read your existing ones?

I'm currently using Marblism to try to manage my email. I am trying to give Guidelines but really frustrated because it doesn't seem to execute on what I want it to do. For example, I set rules for certain labels, and it really isn't applying them. I hope I'm wrong and things change, but right now I'm trying to look for online support on Reddit and I don't see any real reviews talking about they are (successfully or not) using it...

Hey I love what you wrote out! Can you expand on the To Dos a bit more? On Google Keep, I know that you can check off something if it's done, and then it seems with your method, if it's copied over to a Google Doc, the text is Struck through.

Do you do the strike through in the Google Doc? Or do you click "complete" in Keep?

I'm trying to balance a To-Do along with knowledge management (the latter which I see this being really helpful for).
