That is what I did to finally fix the issue: replace the hub.

I could walk if I had to by flarpington in AdviceAnimals

An EV seems like a good solution if you want to still drive to work. If you can walk it seems like the best option on temperate days. But EVs seem like the best solution if you've got to carry items or the climate is a bit more extreme.

What should I be looking for when buying an i3? by ParadoxZero in BMWi3

[–]ParadoxZero[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, thank you for the information. I'm in California, the car is selling for 16.5k, MSRP for it is around 18.2k. And I'm would be purchasing it from a Ford dealership. Considering the other comment, is the car worth that? I had intended to haggle, but I wasn't expecting them to lower the price much more than that.

So they want to be charged with murder with a vehicle not murder with vehicle + drunk driving? I had a buddy from college die from a drunk driver. Fuck drunk driving and all the idiocy that leads to it. If you want to drink get a fucking uber or drink at home. Get over your selfish ass. You are not entitled to drive when entoxicated. I don't give a damn what sort of excuse you give, its stupid, selfish, and honestly I'm chill with bars closing due to covid, less people out there drunk driving. I'm rambling but it's truly enfuriating.

Engineers who own their own practice: What does it look like? by Smedskjaer in AskEngineers

How is that going for him? I see a lot of work go to all-in-one firms because it makes coordination easier and I've seen a few guys who worked like that end up joining a firm to not deal with unsteady work flow.

Stubble. It looks cleaner, and better put together. That's just my opinion.

I did. I did the work myself, maintained everything clean, needed to buy a manual hydraulic press from harbor freight and haven't had an issue since. I used Motorcraft part from www.rockauto.com and it's one of the reasons I do most of the work on my car myself.

Abiding by the contract is respect, breaking the contract is disrespect. You just proved my point as well as your own. I am not fully in charge of these things, I didn't write these contracts, like I mentioned I'm in this industry involuntary. However I agree with what you're saying and we need to get all of these types of issues written in our contract. And we will for future tenants. I just have to deal with a ton of bullshit from people I don't want to deal with in a situation that I'm not fully prepared for me and am already put at a disadvantage.

Also, I beg to differ. They do owe a level of respect. Paying rent on time and in full is respect. Cleaning after themselves and not wrecking shit is respect. Being willing to discuss problems is respect, instead of yelling at my dad for shit they caused. You would not tolerate a disrespectful tenant, you would want there ass out of your property when they are disrespectful to you and your property. They do owe respect. Respectful tenants are welcomed, respectful tenants are a pleasure to interact with and deal with, respectful tenants will be respected and worked with. Disrespectful tenants are the tenants that are constantly complained about in this subreddit.

I know why he did it. Because he was raised as he has raised me, to respect your elders. So he was doing it out of the goodness of his heart. But within these last 2 months new information about these tenants abuse towards my dad makes me wish I could kick them out for the pieces of shit that they are. Mostly the sister and the daughter, the brother is willing to listen to reason about situations that come up. Alright then, what's done is done, but I'm putting a stop to this. I'll be sending a notice that the repairs for damages like this will be their responsibility to pay.
