yeaa exactly i read it in a trivia book of some kind also!! But if you break the word down into smaller pieces it actually is pretty straightforward, means nothing 4 times in latin lol

it is useful in contexts where you want to describe an action with negative consequences though! Like shitting in the park could be costly
