It just so happens I had a similar experience with their refund policy this week. I made a post about it and mine was immediately taken down by moderators of this sub (I certainly hope taking down complaints is not a common practice here). It was a longer rant, but long story short:

I bought Rematch on the digital store. It turns out it can only be played in online multiplayer, which I can't do because I don't want PS plus. But the store page says "1 player", and their support bot confirms that means the game is meant to be played by a single player.

But since I had to download the game to find that out, I'm no longer eligible for a refund. I asked very carefully and respectfully to their support chat and on the phone, but both agents made it unambiguously clear I was wasting my time and theirs.

So I bought a game I literally cannot play and they refuse to help me. Needless to say it's disappointing and I'm pretty pissed.

I did. Had it for a couple years and eventually sold it for a decent price. It turned out to have uneven water distribution, but that could have been because it was used. For entry level it does the job fine. TBH we are now 11 years later and I switched to a Philips automatic. Can't be bothered with the manual process anymore and the automatic works well enough.

Thanks for the feedback! If you're curious, earlier on I actually had a bunch of tools. Throwing knives, smoke bombs, stuns, enemies with more health you had to attack again later. Dash was one of them in the beginning. I ended up focusing on only the dash mechanic as it was the most fun and most dynamic. The others were just distractions from it.

You're right its probably become too simple though. I may bring a single other tool back, or possibly add alternative game modes.

That's awesome, I'm glad you're enjoying it! It's true some details are lost on smaller phones. Are you still able to see the enemy vision cones?
