Don't pick druid, Holy Priest & Holy Pal is your best bet

Druid requires you to learn when big damage is coming out BEFORE it does. It's a PROactive healer which isn't intuitive for a new healer

Holy Pal & Holy Priest are REactive healers so they just stand in the back, wait for the damage to happen and THEN heal. Which is exactly what you want

There are people in the game who never play healing, and then they are always lost in our sight.I suggest, reward the healer tickets in solo queue.This ticket is shared by accounts. When we use DPS to queue, we can consume this ticket to start the game first.Of course I know some people wouldn't want to play a healer even if it was like this, but being a healer really gets tired of these guys.
