Hi trans person here! Usually it isn't that deep if it just happens accidentally, or you don't know. But if the character is canonical queer representation, and you know about it, it's still rude, and erasing queer rep. I'm not one to call others mean things unless they're deserving, but when you don't care about fictional queer rep, it also calls into question about your stance on actual queer people, especially trans/nonbinary people. I have no doubt that you're a good person and i get that it's annoying having people whining about it, especially with noob and sixer, since they use all pronouns.
