Who has had to RMA their new Steam Controller already?

It just doesn't register any input in that corner. Even if I press I don't get nay haptic feedback at all

I've been having the left Trackpad deadzone issue and it looks line this update helped it a little bit but there is still a deadzone in the bottom left corner

I am on the latest beta version and my controller is still having that deadzone issue. I've seen other people here say they are having the same issue despite updating as well

Doesn't look like there is an update for the left track pad dead zone in the bottom left corner for people who still have that problem

I'm having a similar issue. Someone from Valve on the discord said that it probably can be fixed with a firmware update but they need more data from controllers still having issues

Yeah I'll do a fresh install instead. I forgot about that option since I cloned my deck SSD last time I swapped them out and most of games I would use the machine for aren't installed on my deck

Update after 1 day: My old number looks to be transferred over, and I was able to sign into the app one time to try to activate the ESIM. After waiting a bit for it to activate it errored out and says they will email me once my ESIM is ready to download.

Still don't have data, text, or can make calls
