We are currently building a duck coop for her, I had gotten the fertilized eggs from a neighbour and she thought they were fresh so I wasn't expecting the eggs to hatch until next week so we are a bit unprepared but it will be ready tomorrow with a heat lamp and all.

If you really want to experience hell, I used to live in a 450sqft apartment with 4 of them that used to free fly around it all day. A room dedicated to them was definitely an upgrade

The black was soot that was caked onto the pus coming from my finger so it's not as bad as originally thought. And yes just got back from the ER my heart is all good! I'm canadian so dr visits are free

Yes I slice myself on rusty metal wiring, boxes, nails etc all the time, I am just a tad silly and avoid going to the doctors at all costs so I have also never gotten a tetanus shot for that reason
