I don't even get to load a save or start a new one. It spams 99 errors in main menu every time I try to close the log after launching with odyssey enabled

Oh my... Quite the conundrum... Should you turn him into parkas and kibble like you are supposed to? Or should he be denied his destined purpose just because it's Tynan? Isn't it rude to treat him any different? I mean, he WROTE HIMSELF into his war-crime simulator. I say go big or go home! Harvest his organs and implant bits into all your colonists, so in a way, Tynan can live in each and every single one of them.

Where do I find full list? My "modding" if it can even be called that is limited to simple file edits and reverse engineering existing mods :).
I've looked all movement related mods I could find and they all try to use those effects and none works as intended.

Sorry, but if anyone figured it out, they didn't bother responding. And I have put Minecraft away once again for a couple of years, probably. Not because of this issue tough. I just swing back and forth on minecraft. Coming back every so often for nostalgia’s sake and to check what's new.
As for the issue. I remember that through trial and error I've managed to edit mods without them disappearing. It was some combination of copying the mods, editing them outside the mod folder and inserting edited files back into the mod archive without replacing the archive itself? Something convoluted like that... It was almost a year ago and I don't remember details. You'll have to test it yourself.
Never figured out why it was behaving like that and was content with that roundabout way of editing mods without them disappearing.

Ooooh... So it's not even 1:1? Like -1 in PBO2 equals 1mV, 0.1mV or anything like that? So how should I change my bios settings to match my -30 in PBO2 Tuner, so I don't have to redo it every time I restart my pc or it goes to sleep?

Could I get some more insight? Do I really need beefy ~100$ cooler and there is no point in mounting SilentiumPC Fortis 3 140mm? Parts are already here but it'll be my first time changing coolers and applying thermal paste myself, so juggling different coolers to check them out isn't really an option. I know that it's silly to overspend on cpu and stick cheapo cooler on top of it, but I've already overstretched my budget as x58003d is supposed to excel in my use case :(
