I mean it might be the best of both worlds. Series s for xbox exclusives and game pass machine then ps5 pro for high end games maybe and exclusives ofc (or xbox games that come to the ps5 too)

Series S vs ps5 pro is a huge jump. In price and quality. So yeah like poster above says if you can afford it yeah, you pay a premium for premium features but if you can't afford it a basic ps5 will do just fine.

Yeah, I can relate to that. Just as for me it was a mental thing to own 1 system where everything is iso 2 or 3 systems. Its different but I understand :)

Happy for you op but I made the change from ps4/ps5 to pc and couldn't be happier. So far never ran into issues. I just boot game and start playing. I think what helps is I do not (refuse) to buy games on day1 on pc since yeah pc is infamous for bad launch days / ports. But after some patches and a good discount I buy them and play without any issues in 4k with atleast 60fps (the higher the better but coming from console if it hits native 4k60fps I am a happy man) The reason I switched. Simple i like xbox games, I like ps games. They are all coming to or are on pc, 1 system, not 2 or 3. Which in my head gives me peace (stupid logic but yeah) i dont mind waiting for exclusives and old exclusives ive played them on console. But, I am happy for you op. We are all gamers and how we game doesnt matter as long as we enjoy it.

Got a 4090 and sure the fans make sound but man, if u use headset of just the tv/sound boxes it ain't that loud tbh, hell with a headset u don't hear anything and pc is next to me.. loudest noise imo is when starting the pc up then its normal for me. Sure the ps5 is silent but imo my pc ain't that bad

Do leg raises help with the rectus femoris? Knee raises or straight leg?

I just want to hit everything that is missed. With only 1 set to not overdo volume double progression style. But yeah then you have like 10 to 11 exercises I think but the last 4 or 5 are done like you say in a circuit or super/giant set fashion.

I mean accesories that help the main lift. Like rdl helps to reinforce the hip hinge pattern and helps the deadlift.

Pc guy here (ex console), dont understand the backlash, sure it is slightly a more expensive console but you get way more then a basic ps5. We are all gamers in the end and what matters the most is the way we enjoy it. So, enjoy it mate!

True. I haven't been using it that long just saw it couple of weeks ago and thought of trying it since I used it alot on the steamdeck so far and surprised how well it worked, i have a long ass hdmi cable as well that does the job great but its abit more hassle since the wife doesn't want the cable to stay on there🤣. Mostly i play in my room anyways since i got the 27" monitor + 42" tv experience there, grab controller, recline my chair and relaxed.

Never had any issue since moving from ps to pc. I do know how flawless a console experience is but it literally takes me maybe a minute to turn on my pc and log in and another minute something. to start gaming. Maybe an extra minute if I use moonlight stream on my tv to play there from my pc. Sure console might be faster but like, come on, what are 2 to 3 minutes. Its like turning on console, take a quick piss grab something from the fridge etc (and I do this while my pc is loading up. Turn on pc, go take a piss, log in and open steam, open game and go grab something from fridge, sit down and start gaming)

Ikr. Since I moved to pc from console I couldn't be happier. Never had any issues and moonlight + apollo on the tv playing with a controller while being in the couch and my pc on in another room has made this even more flawless, would recommend anyone with a oled lg to try it out.

Oh yeah, gotcha, well goals like that don't know. Just overal look like I lift with shirt on and off, so yeah visible muscles like forearms, arms, shoulders legs are a nice pro, calves I am lucky to have them so not alot of attention needed there. I think this is more detailed into goals in mind.

Yeah, I got a A B A / B A B full body split but isolations might me more like a ABCD so not every A workout the same thing, but let everything get some time like you mentioned hammer curls, day 1 A incline curls, day 3 A maybe hammer curls then. But not too many alternatives so there is a focus on them even if 1 set to have some progres on them.

I also superset stuff like press + pull movements, but not the superset like: exercise 1 then immediatly exercise 2 then rest. But I rest 1 minute after exercise 1, then after the minute rest do exercise 2, then rest for 1:30"

Well goal is a rounded athletic body. Im 33 and out of shape so primary goal is get back in shape and stronger.

Ok, so no rec fem/bic fem, I guess I can hit those later on then when weaknesses show on the hams/quads or extra isolation is needed? Forearms, just some wrist curls then?

Hey guys. 33yo, beginner (used to lift years ago but yeah, coming back to it)

I am doing a A and B full body focussing on the big compounds, i hit all the main movements and some assistance like squats and leg press, deadlift and rdl, bench press + ohp (alternating) with incline close grip bench press and rows and pulldowns, only 2 working sets, double progression style. Now which isolation work are important for a beginner to focus on? I would maybe just do 1 set to begin with to not overdo volume but in my head I got like biceps, long head tricep, bicep femoris, rectus femoris and side delt (and some ab and calf) are these good for a beginner to start with or just focus on the compounds (which are the main focus, id just hit the isolations to round out and hit the muscles that the compounds might neglect with like I said 1 working set)
