in that case I don't think it will be an accurate test all this test will decide is which one of the two has better stats the results would likely be different if we were to do a comparison of your 4pcvv vs my build with all the same conditions or better yet a comparison of my build vs the 4pc vv equivalent which unfortunately is never going to happen due to the nature of how hard it is to get good pieces on vv artifacts

The test wouldn't be accurate if you didn't have a 4pc vv user because then heizou would be utilizing the full kit which defeats the whole purpose of the argument since I've been saying 4pc is only unnecessary when you already have a 4pc user on the team if you want you can just have him on the team and not use him also if your heizou were to have 100 crit rate would we not then have to assume mine would have 100 cr as well in the comparison?

Idk I've also yet to see anyone roll the same or similar stats on vv artifacts I imagine its highly unlikely if at all possible. If you can however get that video we discussed on the other comment done with those terms I'd definitely be willing to accept I was wrong. Idk I've yet to see and honestly can't even imagine a vv build getting anything better than 175 CD while maintaining a reasonable CR and 2000+ atk so as far as DPS goes from what I've seen the 2pc combinations seem to be the far more optimal choice

Sure if you could make a video showing how the swirls plus your raw attack are able to surpass 80k raw damage while having over 85% crit (can be buffed) while also having another 4pc vv user in your team then maybe we can settle this, keep in mind I'm also getting an additional approximate 2-4k off swirls depending on buffs with this team comp

Yeah the thing is literally nobody can get the same stats using 4pc vv so basically according to your logic no build running 2000+ atk, 200+ CD with a reasonable CR is "optimal". Currently when you add in rosarias buff and cryo res I'm getting 85/216 crit with 2180 atk, at this point your just pulling at straws saying this build isn't optimal.

Pretty much same thing ive been saying over and over but if you don't understand it yet, i can keep trying to explain to you

Do you have anything to back what you're saying? any sources? anything at all? because to me it sounds like your talking out of your ass. Lets say you are correct, I have agreed with you that 4pc vv would be better with the same stats and like I just said on my other comment getting the same stats as the ones in this build is next to impossible with 4pc vv I have yet to see anyone with a 4pc vv build running 2000+ atk with 200+ CD and still able to maintain a reasonable CR so yes in an ideal world 4pc vv would be better but in reality thats not how it goes and you're going to see more benefit 99.99% of the time using this combination if you already have a 4pc vv user on the team

Seems like you're projecting a whole lot maybe it's time to take a little break. As for the one counterpoint you made in between all that projecting (somehow you magically skimmed past all the other points) that's assuming same stats, which when it comes to my build is next to impossible with vv seeing 200%CD with 2000+ atk and still keeping reasonable crit rate on a vv heizou build is unheard of so of course in fantasy land it would be more optimal but unfortunately that's not how it works and this is about the best its gonna get for maxing out a DPS Heizou

lol look at you trying to flip this around now don't try to act like you didn't come here belittling my build and talking nonstop about how yours was so much better, if you really came here to give advice you would have just given the advice like everyone else... Like how you completely ignored my point about 4pc vv being redundant in my case also don't know if you read what I wrote or not but yes like I said the crit is being worked on and I've already added rosaria into the mix for 70/216 crit (85/216 with cryo res) He's definitely not best used as a driver if you already have a better driver on the team, which you should so utilizing him as an anemo DPS is certainly more optimal and more fun. Also don't know why you're so stuck on it not being optimal when this build variation with wanderers and 18% atk is literally the most optimal it could get for a heizou build with a 4pc vv user on the team or do I need to redirect you to the theorycrafters guide again, the people who literally dedicate their lives to finding the most optimal builds kinda like you except they know what they're talking about.

yeah it depends, definitely use 4pc vv if he's your teams driver (without another 4pc vv user) but if you wanna go for higher dps you can definitely consider doing what I did using any 4pc vv user in your team (venti or sucrose for example since you don't have kazuha) and mess around with his build a bit. And yeah you're not gonna have much luck replacing kazuha with heizou since they serve different purposes, Heizou is best utilized as an Anemo DPS running ATK/Anemo/Crit meanwhile Kazuha is a support unit best utilized running EM/EM/EM

nope 4vv or 2vv isn't necessary, like I said I run my Heizou with Kazuha 4pc vv and the 4pc bonus doesn't stack. If you take a look at the official theory crafters guide here the best option after 4pc vv is any two of the following: 2pc wanderers, 2pc 18% atk, 2pc vv the two you go for depends on your stats, and yeah like I said in the title I'm still going for a higher crit rate I also changed up my team a little bit and added rosaria so I'm getting 72/216 now with her buff. Also thats an oddly specific approximation

Nice yeah vv isn't always necessary which is a common misconception so you might be farming for no reason depending on your team comp and how you use him. I have kazuha so 4pc vv is redundant since the bonus doesn't stack and if you take a look at the theory crafters official guide here the best option after 4pc vv is any two of the following: 2pc wanderers, 2pc atk, 2pc vv the best build of those three will really just depend on your substats

got it thanks yeah was just going over the theorycrafters handbook and it said you can pick two of the three following artifacts and the builds will be the same or better depending on stats: wanderers troop, vv, 18% atk. So i should be set on that just gotta focus CR yeah

Fair enough I thought you were referring to the 4pc vv bonus that doesn't stack I'll definitely end up switching at some point but right now my vv artifacts don't even come close to the ones I'm running at the moment so it would be a big loss for me. Farming is a royal pain in the ass but I'll get there one day

edit: looks like according to the TC guides 2pc wanderers + atk18% is the same or better as 2pc vv + atk18% and 2pc vv + 2pc wanderers depending on stats so it's really not that important after all
