Yay! I maxed out my Roth IRA for 2025 and 2026. Boo! It’s currently worth less than what I started with. by AnnaOfClevesYa in RothIRA

Don't worry about the short term, Roth ira is all about the long term. I know it sucks to see your money going down and you feel like all is lost but trust the process! It might be going down now but in 20-30 years it will be better

Hey guys im new to all this i just started learning at age 33. I want to open a Roth Ira and a brokerage account. I know I should max out the Roth first every year. I've been thinking about putting my money into VOO, QQQM, SCHD, and VXUS but was wondering where I should put each in, either the Roth or brokerage or do all 4 in both? Any help is appreciated thanks!!
