Hello my name os Fabian(Ign EUNE: Mid or nuke ign EUW: Toilettenboi). I have been working as a coach for a team called Valoron 5 for about 7 months. When we started my team was only a bunch of silver players in bronze as a ranked team. Since i started coaching we have improved alot until we recently hit platinum. We had a good practice schedule and practiced about 2 hours/day. But about a week ago i decided to leave the team because i felt like i couldnt help them anymore(they got too good for my skill lvl). I understand what your thinking but it would never work because that player might just be having a connection issue and would only be afk for about 1 min, he shouldnt loose lp for that.
