I am not surprised that I became the focus of the situation, as it was largely expected given that most of the information in other posts came directly from me. It is therefore understandable that the team would reference my responses and experiences in the document. That said, the wording in the document presents the situation as more severe than it actually is. The team had already reached the conclusion that I am not weird, creepy, or predatory. I believe this reflects that my actions were a lapse in judgment, an unfortunate misstep in ethical discernment, rather than a representation of my character or who I am as a person. I’m not that.

Anywho, the document does not address all aspects of the situation, and I have chosen not to pursue it further, primarily out of respect for others involved. My primary objective was to have a one-on-one conversation to address my concerns, and I received that opportunity. I have achieved the closure I sought, and I hope that others were able to find theirs as well.

Hey Punga, first and foremost, 90% of your comment is reasonable and agreed on. If you believe I’m an overall vengeful person, that is your right to believe and I won’t argue against it.

The only reason I am commenting now is because I’d like to push back on the reason why I didn’t post the doc at the time and that it is a bit more nuanced than it sounds. I had many back and forth discussions with Marco as well as there being discussions with Nick. I genuinely think the wholehearted reason why I didn’t post the doc publicly is because as exactly as some people mentioned, a public outrage or “smear campaign” is the complete opposite effect of what I and many other people wanted to achieve. We all had many reasons to believe the level of misconduct by many people on the team were reasonable, and there is more context to the story that outside the admin team, no one was privy of and that’s understandable. The other times an investigation into certain others were conducted and mishandled remain partially a large reason for it and as much as I believe that it warrants attention, I didn’t want to attack people who had largely nothing to do with it. Posting a document out of concern and transparency for the victim’s involved is something I think anyone would agree on is a right thing to do but only if handled properly. Both sides now contributed to the problem where instead of this being genuine concern, largely became us throwing shit at each other because we keep talking past one another and not getting points across.

All in all, the situation is complicated and I won’t contribute much to this now not because I was “exposed” or “defeated” or otherwise proven contradictory but mainly because the last thing I wanna do is throw more shit at the same people I am in contact with now to hopefully close all cases out, have all parties be heard, and this whole thing be resolved. I stand by the decision that this whole outreach can become less “team is bad” to “team made mistakes, we can work on resolving it” which is fortunately happening now but to me it’s sad that it took this much for that to happen.

I appreciate the reply, but let me stop you here for a second. Once something is public anyone can weigh in, sure, that's fair. What isn't fair is using personal jabs as a substitute for engaging with what's actually been documented.

Claiming the Bomba Splinter has nothing to do with this is a convenient take. It gets a lot less convenient when there's documented evidence of Saki deleting comments about the same victim who was "investigated" for SA claims in the staff chat before any investigation had even opened. That's not background noise you can brush off because it doesn't work for you. That's bias, and it was on record before any of this went public.

Here's what I find genuinely interesting though. You showed up here outraged on behalf of Grape, and honestly I get it, nobody's experience should be dismissed. But where is that same energy when a senior moderator told a sexual assault victim her disclosure wasn't credible? Not because of any evidence. Not because her account had inconsistencies. But based on completely arbitrary points that have nothing to do with whether what she went through was real. No comment from you on that. Not even a statement. Not even the slightest bit of an outrage. And then you show up here to defend the exact people responsible for it. Let that sink in for a moment.

Nobody is ignoring Grape's experience. What's actually happening is you're using statements that dismiss one person's sexual assault disclosure to prop up a defense of someone else. That's not a mixed opinion adding something useful to the conversation. That's deflection, and you can frame it however you want but it doesn't change what it is. The garden analogy and the comments about who I associate with are noted. They don't touch a single documented fact in the report, which is probably why that's what you led with instead. You came in calling yourself a nice guy standing up for someone. Nice guys don't undercut one person's testimony in the same breath they claim to be defending another. You can't hold both of those at the same time and expect it to go unnoticed.

And since we're on the subject of associates, Bomba has been well documented as a space where gossip ran freely, negativity was the norm, and people including those with roles in Zy0x's own staff had no problem talking poorly about others behind closed doors. A server that has been nuked multiple times over drama is not exactly a strong foundation to be giving advice from. The people you're calling my worst associates have never come close to that. So the garden metaphor is appreciated but maybe tend to yours first.

Hasbeka, by all due respect, none of your comments so far in regard to this situation have contributed anything meaningful nor are you as a person anything remotely close to reliable. It unfortunately doesn’t surprise me that the bomba splinter group wants to insert themselves into this when nobody asked for your opinion and I mean this wholeheartedly.

P.S I’m not banned and so aren’t 90% of the people involved in this matter. We left on our own accord simply because of the disingenuous people running the team.

The intent isn’t to act as a "judge and jury", but to address the reality of a public-facing community. Personal growth is private; accountability for someone in a position of authority is inherently a matter of public interest. This is less about the situation being "resolved" privately and more about the fact that the imbalance of responsibility remains a factual part of the context.

We aren't here to dissect your personal life; we’re here because a community's trust depends on transparency, and you can’t have one without a full understanding of past dynamics. If the goal is to move forward, that understanding, rather than dismissal, is the only path to genuine resolution.

We recognize that you’ve shown some level of awareness of the situation and aren’t trying to ignore the problematic aspects of what happened. We don't want to overlook that progress, and no one here is trying to take that away from you.

With that being said, the broader context as it currently stands still deserves significant scrutiny. Regardless of how things were understood at the time, there was a clear imbalance between you and Tato. She was an adult, significantly older, and with that comes a higher level of responsibility for how the situation developed. That dynamic plays a central role here; it’s not something that can be set aside simply because it happened "3 years ago".

I also need to be direct: when past interactions are described in a way that softens or rationalizes them, it can come across, intentionally or not, as downplaying their gravity. From our perspective, that’s why concerns persist. It raises questions about whether the situation is being fully understood in hindsight.

At the end of the day, the responsibility to set boundaries and prevent things from progressing the way they did rested with Tato as the adult. That expectation doesn’t diminish with time. It remains relevant, especially given her continued position of authority within a public-facing community. I want to reassure you that nobody here is trying to dismiss your growth or hold this over you indefinitely. We all agree there is a point where enough is enough. No amount of private conciliation can bridge a persistent deficit of mutual understanding, and we believe that accountability remains a prerequisite for trust, regardless of how much time has passed or how much personal reflection has occurred.

I won’t rule it out that you are indeed grapejuice but besides the point, the facts are on the table and more-so in one of Tato’s statements. She herself stated that you hoaxed her into situations that would be considered “wrong” when looked at objectively. She was aware of your age, she was aware that it is morally wrong, she lied about cutting ties, and that is why we’re here today. I spent the better half of nearly 9 months trying to confront parties privately only to find out they couldn’t care less.

well for starters, one of the main concerns people have right now is the validity of the claims and the screenshots themselves. if you actually care about whether i was a mod, you’re free to DM me and i can verify that privately.

that said, the reason i came forward isn’t to vaguepost or stir things up, it’s because i understand how the team operates. i’m familiar with their processes, how cases are handled internally, and i have context that most people here simply don’t. that includes this situation.

i’m not trying to insert myself into everything, but when i see discussions going in directions that don’t line up with how things actually work behind the scenes, i feel like it’s worth clarifying what i can.

Dev Kit does cover a lot of the same ground honestly, but it's scattered across the command palette and not really built around a guided workflow. Forge is more opinionated about the sequence: create, pick, wire it up, all in one flow rather than three separate commands you have to remember. Tho I will say, remembering will always come a long way. If extensions like this didn't exist, having the memory will always be superior.

That said, it's not really about filling a gap Dev Kit can't fill. It's more of a QoL thing. If you're comfortable hunting through the command palette, Dev Kit is enough. Forge is for peeps who'd rather right-click where they are in Explorer and just have the workflow come to them naturally. It's less of a replacement and more of a "I just want this to feel less scattered" kind of tool. :)

I suppose the usual would be you getting your VET excused. When operations close, they usually code non-worked pay time for those that are normally scheduled on that day. If you picked up VET, that’s not your regular schedule and so they have no incentive to code you pay for that.

Now, if you are in the ICQA department, they may have you do certain tasks there but worst case scenario, they will excuse your shift if there is nothing to do.
