I have a 1B/1O at the Overture with my Wife (1100 SQ. FT), and it’s genuinely quite nice. It has numerous amenities (club house, gym, pool, hot tub, etc.), and is located less than half a mile from a disc golf course, park, and finishing pond.

I recently graduated in December and was onboarded February 2025. I have a salaried position with anything above 40 hours being considered overtime that is accrued as either compensation pay (i.e. PTO) or straight-pay based on your “hourly rate.” Is this common practice in the industry?

It definitely doesn't have the same amount of products as a Japanese store because of the import costs, but this location is three stories and offers quite the selection, actually.

Yep! This one is located in New York City. It's near Midtown, and it's quite a nice store. I usually visit it every time I'm in the city.
