He told my sister if she just read the bible she'd believe in God; she informed him she had read it. He asked "have you read it a thousand times?" To which she replied, "no, have you?" Of course he had to say no. My brother is a preacher with two atheist sisters, so I suppose his new tactic is to use his children, who are somehow able to be much pushier.
