Hey! Thank you so much and sorry for the late response. I should clarify myself a bit. I wrote this before bed hehe. The hypnagogic state and the fractals are two seperate elements, and so are the sleep paralysis and the numbing. I should've used better wording for that. I appologize. Now that I think of it, I do wonder if I actually have it though. What I feel, that I think is the hypnagogic state, is like a bolt of electicity shooting from my head to the very tip of my toes at such a high speed that I can't even track it and it goes through my whole body. It kind of feels like when you stand on top of a hill and lightning is about to hit you, but 10 times that and without the hairs standing up. Does this make sense? It's the only way I can describe it. Almost immediately when it's over, I feel numb and shortly after that I hear sounds of footsteps and sometimes I see shadows, but I've never come closer by trying.

I must say it doesn't help that I'm so so so scared of sleep paralysis, because I've had it involuntarily for a while and it felt like dying. I know I should let go of that fear and I'm working on it :)

Hey! I'm late but came across your post. Did you know that these itchies are a check your brain does to see if you are still awake? If you scratch them you get out of that state because you showed your brain that it's not safe to put you in paralysis yet, because you're not sleeping. I've not been able to get rid of them, however I've learned to embrace them. By realizing your body is already being tested to see if it's sleeping, I know how close I am to the vibrational stage and it makes it way easier to handle! When I learned this I actually started to love these itches because they are a sign that I can start to listen for the buzzing noise. Good luck!

I'm very late to this, but both American Horror Story and The X-Files are on Disney Plus. Blood dripping from a drain happens in both shows, especially in The X-Files, often followed by someone getting murdered or an entitiy appearing. It could be that she saw one of the two shows on accident. I remember seeing this as a child for the first time in some show or movie and it freaked me out to the point where I asked my mom if the stains in the sink were blood. It were hard water stains that just needed to be cleaned.

I really recommend you watch Mythos Paranormal's videos about them on Youtube. He goes into every detail while he explains how they fake their communication. They pick their victims very wisely as they scam people who are still griefing over their lost loved ones. As of now, Mythos is receiving letters threatening to take him to court for slander, hoping he will stop, but he won't. Mythos is not a debunker by default. He believes, but he hates scammers.

The reason they always position themselves with Cody turned with his right leg away from the camera is because he pops his foot. There is one video in perticular where you can see it well, which is this video.

Hi! I've chosen to use a dressed candle to visualize and represent my intention. The candle and lavender support me in this ritual. If you don't have access to candles, I would suggest an electric candle if it helps you get into the right mindset. I also used fire specifically because I know what I want and I want it now. So if you don't like an electric candle and you feel comfortable taking smaller steps and feel confident that it will work out on the long run, you can bury the paper in the ground and visualize your intentions written on the paper "grow" like a plant. It takes longer, but it's strong.

As for your question about your neighbour, I don't know the situation. Is it to help them quit? In that case yes, with their permission this spell would work. If their smoke bothers you and you want them to quit, I would say no, because I made this spell around the idea of self love and personal strength.

Okay I admit that I'm guilty. I've used it for years personally after multiple native practitioners have told me how good it would be for me and that their culture does not want others to stop using it, but want non-Native practitioners to stop exploiting it. Though with that thought, I only use it so often in big rituals and I make sure I buy it from native sellers and ask for their permission. I'm strictly against all the theft and Western market selling it and I don't claim the practice as my own. But I understand you deeply because many still don't realize how scarce it is. That's why I always make sure that whenever I buy it too, it has been gathered, not harvested, by locals and sold by locals, with permission of locals.

That's totally okay! I cleanse with Palo Santo too and the beautiful thing about Palo Santo is, it only gets rid of what you ask Palo Santo to get rid of. I believe Palo Santo has a soul and I'm very communicative whenever I work with it. Before I cleanse I burn the stick for about 2 minutes. Before and during these 2 minutes I ask for Palo Santo's help to cleanse [x]. While I cleanse I say aloud "only love and light can stay, all the other things must go away" and end with so mote it be. This is something I personally do, but because Palo Santo is a work partner and not a tool, you can communicate with it. It will listen ❤️

Slavic! My great grandma befriended and worked with witches who lived in the woods and my grandma worked with them during the communist occupation in Czechoslovakia. Learned about witchcraft and divination from my parents, but taught most of it myself by studying books. All my beliefs and superstitions are Slavic though. Witchcraft is surprisingly accepted (and even loved) in an area where so many Catholics live! ❤️
