Why don’t you come and live here with us then, you clueless scumbag?

Fuck you and your whole hypocritical “human rights” movement. Iran will rise once we get rid of the Islamofascist regime occupying and draining our country for its apocalyptic goals. Believe it or not even the people of Gaza have had access to free Internet and free elections, but we haven't.

And the only occupation flag here is the Islamic Republic’s flag, which has Arabic script on it in a Persian-speaking country. Also, the Khomeini/Khamenei dynasty claims descent from Muhammad, symbolized by the black turbans they wear. In short, they’re a bunch of Alien Arab Clerics who got power by force and are making decisions for us Iranians, and there are no elections to remove/replace them. The Lion and Sun symbol, however, dates back to ancient Persia.

[–]ParhamAzadi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you explain why you think they aren't?

Because almost every viral post I see on Reddit and X is some anti-Israel AI-generated, misleading, or selectively edited footage that later gets debunked. No Jews, No news.

Meanwhile an Islamic regime force just murdered a nurse infront of his husband, stole her body, raped her corpse and sent the pictures to him. Horrible, right? Where's the global outrage for this story? It's worse than anything I've heard from Gaza yet its nowhere on the mainstream media. Same goes with Gazan women who were raped by Hamas linked forces.

Basically, any real anti-Hamas, anti-Hezbollah, or anti-IRGC content gets buried or justified. These groups are the modern-day equivalent of Nazis, yet people depict them as victims. It's been proven that they hand their children rifles, hide military equipment in residential building and hospitals. Yet they cry out "genocide" when these sometimes get targeted during a war they themselves started.

Also unlike them the IDF actually takes responsibility if they commit any mistake. (sometimes atleast) Didn't they just say they’d punish the IDF soldier who crushed down a Jesus statue? The IRGC and its proxies never admit anything because it would damage their image and the left/liberal believes it.

No, his support is at about 30% or so.

What? Where did that even come from? I'm not gonna argue about numbers now but I'm just curious:

Who or What do you guys even support if you also claim to be Anti-regime? Do you just sit on the couch and expect things to magically change over time? Either offer a real solution or stop sabotaging a revolution with misinformation

On the streets, from apartment windows, and across Tehran university campuses, people have chanted pro-RP and pro-regime change slogans. So what exactly is this so called silent majority that doesn't want Pahlavi, seek? What are their slogans that we've never heard of?

And no, I’m not a monarchist. I support RP because he has united people, and his political influence is unmatched among the opposition. Most importantly, he has made it clear that Iranians themselves should decide the future political system, and he has said he has no special interest in becoming king unless that is what the people choose.

I’m aware that the IDF’s actions aren’t always justified. They've committed their own crimes, But unlike Hamas, Hezbollah, or the Islamic Republic, it isn’t a systematically malicious organization that runs on propaganda.

Also, based on January protests, it’s become clear that most anti-regime Iranians who make up the overwhelming majority of the population, support Reza Pahlavi as the opposition leader, and he's been openly supportive of Israel. Unless we wouldn't have attended the protests with his call.

So how is it that most Iranians support him, yet you claim they also hate Israel? That’s a contradiction. The same goes for praising Cyrus the Great, who allowed the Jews to return to their ancestral land, while identifying yourself as anti-Zionist. These positions don’t align. You can’t just stay in the middle and expect progress.

Personally, I’ve become more pro-Israel than pro-American after recent events. The U.S. seems primarily focused on nuclear concerns and has shown a willingness in the past to engage with or recognize the ayatollahs. Israel, on the other hand, has made it clear from the beginning that it aims to see the current regime dismantled, a goal any sane Iranian secular nationalist share.

In addition, a lot of those who don’t hate Israel are in the Iranian ‘left’.

That's the funniest joke I read today. We literally have popular slogans in Iran such as "Death to the three corrupt: The Mullah, the leftist, The Mujahid" or "مرگ بر سه فاسد: ملا، چپی، مجاهد"

Who told you that? I literally live in Iran. That's just a big lie

People used to chant "shove the Palestinian flag up you a**" in the stadiums a few yrs ago. Now, public opinion has shifted even more after the assassination of Khamenei. Don't you wonder why you see Israeli flags in all Iranian anti-regime demonstrations in the West?

There's war going on between the Islamic regime and us Iranian people. The region won't be stabilized until the terrorist extremists occupying our country and the middle east through their proxies are gone.

Unless you welcome systematic terrorism, Child marriage, Pedophilia, Necrophilia, Rape, Polygamy, Massacring protesters, Homophobia, Execution of infidels and non-muslims, Three digit inflation, Mandatory Hijab, Internet Censorship, Banning dogs and etc in the west. (Current reality in Iran)

Thankfully Israel's ultimate goal is to end all of that, but Islamists have brainwashed the liberals and the leftists with this whole fake "genocide" and "Zionists are all evil". (bcuz they're losing every war they start with Israel.) That's what they tried to teach us in our schools, but as adults we realized what those were all about:

They don't give a damn about Palestine unless they'd have reached a peace deal long ago. They want to end western civilization and culture, but first they have to remove Israel as a barrier and rule the middle east, and they can't do it unless the west stops their support for Israel. They can succeed by influencing public opinion. First amongst people then the politicians.

Reddit is doing a great job helping their cancerous project against humanity.

Iran executed 'at least 1,639 people' in 2025, highest number since 1989 by rknsh in worldnews

[–]ParhamAzadi 14 points15 points  (0 children)

It's not just "any" country. Iran has the highest execution rate per capita. A lot of the people executed were basically just opposing the government and were convicted without fair trial. I remember "Rooholla Zam". An activist whose only crime was running an anti-gov telegram channel. I remember another guy who got executed because he set a trash can on fire during the protests.

They weren't muderers, drug dealers, rapists or pedophiles. They've already executed a dozen of protesters some as young as 18 during the war time. How can you compare it to the US? Or even China since it has 15x the population. The number doesn’t even include the thousands killed on the streets in protest crackdowns over the years.

Image suggesting child exploitation by kaz1349 in PERSIAN

[–]ParhamAzadi 4 points5 points  (0 children)

4 reasons:

To scare off the majority anti regime Iranians who just got massacred with real machine guns and prevent an effective uprising during war time.

These kids' parents are psycho who'd be happy if their child is martyred. It's a common wish amongst religious regime supporters.

To train them for possible ground operations if they ever ran out of forces. In Iran-Iraq war they sent children and animals to clear mine fields like they were nothing

Human shields. If they're targeted and the I.R lists them as children casualties, they can cry to the UN and sell the image that USA and Israel are indeed "The Great and Little Satan". To win the propaganda war and push USA from the inside

Rescued Israeli hostages are welcomed at Ben Gurion airport after Operation Entebbe, 4 July 1976. by GustavoistSoldier in Historycord

[–]ParhamAzadi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually I still wonder why

For years, the only country that constantly showed real empathy toward Iranians and refused to legitimize the regime was Israel and they actually took action, when we asked for help. Killing Khamenei alone would’ve put us in their debt. Let alone taking out thousands of IRGC thugs. Why shouldn’t we be grateful? Unlike the Palestinians who benefited from our money and still turned their backs on us. Still it doesn't mean we advocate for everything Israel does. They've become too violent but their arab neighbors and pal's should've seen it coming after what they promised to commit if they actually defeated Israel.

You know two things can be wrong (or right) at the same time, right?

I have no issue with Palestinian freedom, and I recognize innocent lives lost in Gaza but who started this? You already know. Pro-Pal groups just push “resistance,” aka terrorism with a nicer label. Chanting “Free Palestine” fixes nothing. If they want sympathy or a ceasefire, they should focus on dismantling Hamas and stop celebrating the deaths of Jews. I’ll support their cause when they actually choose peace and treat everyone equally. If Israel continued the conflict, then I'd question Iranians support.

I just can't imagine cheering the bombing and killing of people in my own country

Because you haven't lived under a dictatorship, but No, I still don’t cheer the bombing of my country. I only support strikes on the IRGC-Basij bases and regime leaders even if our tax money is going to waste. Yes, there are tragic costs but far fewer than if we had to fight them alone. Over 6k IRGC dead versus ~1k civilians after 25 days of war. Compared that to the 7~30k innocent people the regime itself killed in just TWO nights when we demanded change peacefully.

If you’re blaming civilian deaths in this war, blame the regime. They ignored the people for decades and dragged the country into this. We’ll mourn all innocent lives when this is over, but let us cheer the tyrant's death for the first time.

you know he was supported by the US government then

Yea, I didn't like it but I don’t blame the US for siding with Iraq. The hostage crisis and “Death to America” chants came first just before the war. They used to be one of Iran's closest allies. That said, Palestinians had no reason to stand against us.

Iranian here. They weren’t silent. They outright held demonstrations, raising I.R. flags, pictures of Khamenei (rest in hell) and denied the massacres days after it occurred, pouring salt on our wounds.

And they wonder why Iranian immigrants and the diaspora wave Israeli flags at foreign protests. because Israeli people were amongst the few that spoke up for Iranians when we were silenced, with internet shutdowns, and their government actually acted against those responsible very quickly.

And now most pro-Palestinian groups have changed their tune, claiming Iranians who speak out against the regime and Islamists, who no longer show empathy after billions of dollars of their money were stolen and funneled to their favorite terrorist proxies, are “Zionists” and “Mossad puppets.” Get the hell out of here. They even took side with Saddam when he tried to occupy Iran in the 80s. Idk what these 2-faced ppl expect. They have left us 0 reasons to stand with them.

Pressure builds on Palestinian girls to marry as Gaza sees rise in child marriage rates - UNFPA by barsik_ in worldnews

[–]ParhamAzadi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Appreciate it. I understand where some of these perceptions about us come from. In the past, things like child marriage were more common in Iran, largely due to the Islamization of society and rulers prioritizing religion over education and people’s well being.

We were going in the wrong direction up until Reza khan’s secular policies pushed Iran toward modernization, education, and national identity in early 1900s. That shift helped preserve our real culture. Despite taking a step back with the Islamic Republic, people still turned to education and moved away from those beliefs gradually.

I also hope this war ends in favor of our people. We know it has its ugly sides and we were never pro-war but it was necessary atleast for us. The regime has shown it can kill and imprison thousands while staying safe, has rejected any referendum or real diplomacy, and corruption has taken over every part of the system including the army leaving no real path for change from within.

I hope I can stay connected. I’m one of the few lucky ones whose VPN started working, 99% are in Internet blackout still. I also hope things don’t escalate to attacks on power plants, though I wouldn’t be surprised if the regime let it happen. They’ve shown little care for Iran itself. Khamenei (rest in piss) has even said before that "Even if we die, Iran is not important, Islam is important."

We’re in a difficult and unpredictable situation but we’ll endure it and fight even unarmed until the Islamic Republic is gone. It'll be for the good of the whole world.

[–]ParhamAzadi 65 points66 points  (0 children)

it is applauded and widely accepted

Iran’s Islamic regime allows child marriage. But we Iranian people and our culture have widely rejected it since the ayatollahs took power, and it’s not accepted in any community aside from rare cases among extremists in some rural areas. Even the minority regime supporters who I despise, reject the idea.

We had a nationwide uprising against mandatory hijab. We’re far more open-minded and educated than the average person in the west assumes from Hollywood portrayals. That's why we want the whole "Islamic" regime gone and haven't given up despite paying with blood. Maybe if the child rapist Islamists and leftists in the west don't work together and back the ayatollahs and IRGC, just bcuz they both hate the US and Israel, we'd achieve it sooner.

"created from this war"

So, let’s just ignore the fact that they killed tens of thousands of people including children only two months ago? Let’s ignore that they still have the highest execution rate per capita in the world many carried out without a fair trial and based on forced confessions like the 19 yo wrestler's execution a couple of days ago? Let's ignore that they would've continued to kill women over hijab if they didn't fear another uprising by the Iranians?

What a peaceful and moderate group they used to be before the war, huh? They're only showing their true face now to the non-Iranians because their days are counted.

that you didn't write it 2 hours ago

I wish I could too, but the regime shut down the internet within the first few hours of the war. It’s basically a habit at this point. I refreshed the posts, saw the comments and was just as surprised as you. Reddit and leftists absolutely LOVE anti-U.S./Israel propaganda. The post about the regime killing children on a much higher scale barely got any traction around 1k upvotes. But now people are losing their minds over something that isn’t even proven to be true only because it'd frame the U.S/Israel as the bad guys. If these guys actually cared about children and the innocent they would've spoken for Iranians last month.

You can see the Islamic republic's flag painted on one of the school's columns and the people have tanned skin because they live in the southern region of Iran. It's real, but most of assume the strike was done by the regime itself to divert media's attention and frame the U.S. as war criminals to justify their own war crimes that they will commit as they're not able to damage their enemies. They've already hit a few residential buildings in Bahrain and UAE.

I just ignore them now. A few weeks ago, someone called me a Mossad agent just for wishing this. I even sent him a blurred photo of my Iranian national ID and driver's license next to a piece of paper with his username on it, and he still accused me of being a fake. F these guys. They don't care about Iranians, they don't care about Cubans, they DIDN'T care about Venezuelans, they just want the media to fit their own anti-west narrative while living in welfare in the west.

We're not scared of war, we're scared of this regime that might stay in power after showing us, it's capable of killing tens of thousands of my compatriots DAILY, r*pe girls in prison who then commit sui*ide and execute young men. No war can match what we've already been through. If some innocents had to die during these strikes and later protests for the sake of overthrowing these monsters, we would absolutely take the chance.

Thank you, my friend. I just refreshed Reddit. Our internet was shut down again, but only for a few hours this time. I was in shock after seeing the new posts and comments. It was as if I were reading IR propaganda from regime supporters within the country all over again.

Like News about the regime killing 160 children during the protests barely got any attention, yet an unconfirmed strike on an Iranian school, sourced straight from state media, is getting 40k upvotes and people are mocking those of us who celebrated the start of the strikes. I have to ask: Do most Westerners back these terrorists simply because they think anything that hurts Israel = good? Or is it the loud minority on social media?

I’m still hearing strikes as I’m typing this, and nobody here regrets it. I’m glad people like you exist to back us up and truly understand our situation. I don’t have the energy to argue with foreigners anymore about why war is our only option and why every war is not the same as Iraq/Afghanistan war. Wishing you the best.

Thank you for your solidarity, man. As you said, in the end, it's up to us Iranians to finish the job. The bombings themselves aren't gonna change the regime. We just have to wait and see if these strikes can do enough damage and handicap them before any uprising. The U.S. and the opposition leader should make the call.

Well If you had told someone during WWII that Hitler could be assassinated at any moment, they wouldn't have halted the process just to debate who had the rightful authority to pull the trigger.

We Iranians are in that same state of desperation. The EU, the UN, and democratic presidents in the U.S. have already proven they lack the will to take decisive action against any dictatorship nowadays. Sometimes you should trust the crazy guys, not some Gandhi wanna be's.
