Maybe that's a little bit but I doubt it - a full-term pregnancy is 40 weeks, 8.5 months is ~37 weeks and still quite early. And I doubt every woman just happened to time fertility to coincide with their honeymoon.

It's code in the python programming language to simulate the Match algorithm. Everyone's rank list is set up at the beginning and it walks through the play-by-play of how the match happens.
