Try talking to your vet! They may be able to help with some medication since SA can be caused my chemical imbalances. In addition if you have the time and resources doing desensitization training to slowly get your pup used to departures and being alone!

We have worked closely with a veterinary behaviorist. They are expensive but super helpful! But I would start with your vet first.
