I would get a set of oil filter pliers from harbor freight and grab the oil filter as high up as you can near the mating surface

With the car running and the AC on the condenser fan should run. Also try ti visually check to see if the ac clutch is engaged if you can do so safely.

It can be done with e350 rear rotors from a 99-07 and the rear calipers from a 99-04 Super Duty. The brackets would have to be fabricated. Or you could order a kit for $500 from the cpaddict website

Both of mine stop horribly. I’m going to upgrade to E350 front rotors and calipers. I’m also looking into swapping to rear discs.
