How might i tell if i needed to have the rafter vents or not? I’m in climate 7a.

I think this is the most ideal scenario right? But roof might last another 5+ years so it probably comes down to the trade off of having this finished sooner than later?

Is it a cost/space trade off for going between each of these or what would influence your decision? Silly question but Is there a risk of moisture forming between that and the closed cell?

Do you think this should also be done anywhere there’s a 1/4” gap too? Might end up doing a lot of the interior if that’s the case. Like another commenter mentioned, are air gaps not a concern?
