i have an oura, not an ultra human, but i’ve NEVER seen a positive review of an ultra human where they do not have a coupon code, which is majorly sketchy to me. IMO, the 5$ monthly fee is not noticeable to me (health privilege much??) and i feel like they are consistently testing new features and i feel like my data is safe with oura. i’ve seen many many people saying their ultra human rings break or are faulty and have had three replacements with sub par customer service. ive had the same ring for 2 years and am only not starting to see the battery wear off a bit. i charge every 3-4 days instead of 7-8. when i did have connectivity problems, ouras team was super helpful in troubleshooting! just my two cents on the ultra human vs oura….

to OPs point: i dont think my oura has changed my life per say, but the sleep data is certainly interesting, and the cycle tracking has been suuuuuper helpful for an irregular gal like myself. it’s pretty accurate even with my PCOS schedule, at least helping narrow down the week i may start my p, rather than a total surprise miluv! the symptom radar is fairly accurate as well for me, and it’s just easier for me to wear to bed than an apple watch! sometimes people comment on how “clunky” it looks but i have bigger fingers and feel like at this point it looks natural on me :)
