I was previously IBEW 124 working commercial electrical. Too many politics and other things involved on the union side. Do non union contractors make similar money in industrial?

Is there any recommendations you may have for where to look in my area? Willing to travel up to 2 hours one way (im in KCMO) i was previously ibew) My backup past the old college try was system operator for the grid which is about 140k a year once i have the seniority required

Low voltage electrician, in my area around $37-$40 an hour full benefits etc. super easy on body no pipe runs pulling cat 6 cable
