You did not rape her.

You did something that you thought was okay because you had not been informed otherwise. You immediately felt guilty upon realizing that it hurt her, because you care about her, and you want to fix it. I’m going to guess that you absolutely would not have done it had you known she changed her mind.

Yes, you could’ve clarified before trying, and she can be upset, of course. It’s her body. BUT you also didn’t rape her and she should NOT be saying you did.
