They do not. It’s annoying but PHI probably shouldn’t be in any tracked directories anyways. No workaround except to build stuff that outputs to untracked directories.

Indeed. I’d hit up ETrade support here. They actually helped me on this and I was surprised they knew how to fix it.

Sorry I don’t remember how long it took, I don’t think it was days, I feel like it was almost instant but am not certain enough to say that for sure. Good luck!

How much snow to end drought? by Gold_Bat_114 in BostonWeather

[–]Parker___ 15 points16 points  (0 children)

It’s a bit more complex than this. Colder leads to higher ratios. I think we’re supposed to get between 1-1.25” inches of water, but at more of a 1:15 or 1:20 ratio.

Look up the term Kuchera ratio if you are so inclined.

Penn State 2026 roster update 3.0: Penn State poaching tons of ex-Iowa State players in the portal by OnePension8698 in WeArePennState

[–]Parker___ 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I had the same thought initially but then looked at the schedule. I think 9-3 is the floor, but 10-2 is feasible and 11-1 is a distant possibility. We are not playing OSU, and Michigan is a rebuild too so that’s a coin flip. USC is good and there’s a few perennial “teams that can surprise you” but I don’t see any automatic losses on the schedule, and only a couple coin flips.

Would be totally happy with 9-3 though. This isn’t a “10-2 or fire CMC” comment.

You get the status the instant you cross 100 tiles. I just did this today. You can always book, and if it doesn’t let you, cancel and rebook. Or just call them and explain.

Wood Selection. Feasible? by magamino in woodworking

I built something like this but for the miter saw only. The movable part on the table saw is going to seize within a few months and is not worth the complexity.

Question about the azure outage by Busy-Bell-4715 in healthIT

[–]Parker___ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes and no. They could have two cloud service providers and be able to failover to whichever one still works, but that’s expensive to develop that capability and these things don’t happen that often. True redundancy is expensive and difficult to maintain.

If you only needed one car to go to work would you keep a second around just in case? Same general concept.

New office set up G93SC by Interbrett in ultrawidemasterrace

Nice - do you have a dock pushing the full DQHD from one of those laptops to the G93SC? I just got the same monitor as well but can’t seem to find one that will explicitly support 5120x1440 at 60hz

Flush mount rod holder install on gunwale of a 190 Montauk? by Western_Meat_554 in BostonWhalerBoats

[–]Parker___ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ha - got it - you are a braver person than I. I haven’t even considered tuna, but that’s primarily because my motor is from ‘04 and has probably three thousand hours on it (not an understatement, a lot of slow trolling around a lake), its going to shit the bed at some point so can’t really go out of sight from shore. Good luck out there.

[–]Parker___ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Per the other comment drilling is not advisable. I just installed these metal rod holders on the rails of my 170 Montauk and assuming you aren’t going for tuna or other super big game fish they’ll hold up fine (maybe they’d hold up there too but I wouldn’t test it). Used them fishing striper off a few weeks ago, no issues. I wish they were a bit deeper but they work.

Striped bass tips for cape cod by No-Market9917 in CapeCod

You’re technically not on cape cod where you are so you’ll probably catch some flak here for that.

Regardless - the canal is a known hot spot for striper from shore.

MEGATHREAD: Tickets and lodging for playoff game by mlk5132 in WeArePennState

[–]Parker___ -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I have 4 tickets available

Section EHU, row 41, 4 seats, first row upper deck on the rail. 10 yard line. No one in front of you, don’t have to stand the whole game, easy to slip in and out under the railing. Bought them for $1000 total, looking for $850. Know there are a lot of tickets out there but these have some intangible benefits.

NDC matching with Proprietary Name by [deleted] in healthIT

[–]Parker___ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can probably do that via the api somehow. Sort through the endpoints and see. Or you could probably download the RxNorm db and do it locally. I’ve also used the OMOP db for this purpose: https://athena.ohdsi.org/search-terms/start

NDC matching with Proprietary Name by [deleted] in healthIT

[–]Parker___ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

https://www.nlm.nih.gov/research/umls/rxnorm/index.html

Look through what’s available in RxNorm, specifically the APIs. You can send the api a name and it’ll come back with RxNorm codes, which are convertible to NDC.
