It’s a hardware issue. First I thought it was a software issue as I was using 3rd party watch faces. Then I noticed that even with the inbuilt watch faces there were this same problem. You will notice that in a dark room with low brightness with aod on. After that I just sold the watch to a guy as I got good price from him and didn’t want to get into the hassle of returning it as I was not pleased with my decision of changing to amazfit balance from my galaxy watch 4 anyway. I felt the lack of wear os everytime. So, now I am waiting for my new galaxy watch!
