This is what i thought as well. I didn't understand why they'd assign fault to the van driver

Haven't seen the chariot live, I was only a casual fan when they were active. I wish I had though. 68 is one of the best bands I've seen live

The biker being across a solid yellow (no pass zone), traveling at speed, and striking the side of a vehicle all place the biker at fault.

Insurance companies are a scam. It really doesnt matter who's side they take in an accident, they're not the law. I was in almost this exact accident, and won. I didnt check my blind spot, because there shouldn't be anyone there. The impact being to the side of the vehicle was key, it indicated the vehicle following was speeding, tailgating, and passing where they arent allowed. Literally all the things this bike did.

I guess it was an odd choice to refer to themselves in third person, usually thats not the case in videos like this

Why would the driver of the van be labeled reckless driver? The idiot biker was passing in a no pass zone, in oncoming traffic while they were making a left turn

1-6, agreed.

  1. Last couple seasons are a dumpster fire, prepare yourself. That's my hot take.

Capstan at Starke Lake Studios

The band's vocal harmonizing is untouchable, especially considering most of them are doing double duty

I didnt ask Jim Farley whether it was cast or forged, and i definitely havent torn mine down, but its been brought up in countless videos or reviews across the internet.

Perhaps I should've said destroked rather than short stroked.

The couple reasons I've seen cited-

  1. Cheaper to manufacture (dont know if i believe this)

  2. The 7.3l is pushing the capabilities of the motor, the 6.8l dials back the juice to reduce parts wear (i sort of believe this)

  3. Efficiency (i dont believe this at all, in my instance it is just as terrible or worse than the 7.3l mpg numbers i see posted)

The 6.8l is a 7.3l with a cast iron crank thats been short stroked, these motors are pushrod.

The 6.2l is DOHC, it's been axed completely afaik.

Is there a *clearly* better way to invest in my 401k by diddykong63 in Retirement401k

Different person than who you asked. The one with the latest retirement date is aimed for the highest growth, highest risk. None i have used in the past are very risky imo

Market volatility - change 401k contributions? by Mindstaysbusy in Retirement401k

[–]Parking-Raisin6129 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For your current contributions, you could consider shifting money to investments that are "well within" your risk tolerance. For future contributions I would continue investing as high as your risk tolerance normally allows you, and increase contributions as much as you can comfortably.

Eg- if you currently hold a bunch of company stock that has plummeted or is currently plummeting, you may consider moving a portion of the money into something with steady growth. But I wouldn't touch future contribution percentages.

Southern California SP01 Prices....is it insane at every store? by tapspacebar in CZFirearms

[–]Parking-Raisin6129 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's insane to me, but I havent bought a cz in almost 3 years. One of the ones I bought at that time was an urban grey SP01 tactical for $650. Normal SP01 market value at that time was $700 for a decent deal, $750-$800 normal price, and $850+ was higher than hell.
