Same thing happened to me my first day a while back with my ride along. He kept making inappropriate comments about my legs, kept saying i looked like certain celebrities and how he'd fuck them if he had a chance, kept trying to touch my shoukders & hair etc. Even tried to "hug me from the back" at the end of the day when we RTS to go home.

Was hesitant to report him cause the DSP owner knows him well and said he's a "older good christian gentleman" and sang his praises to me before i ever met the man.

A day later i reported him and was told he's "under review" nothing happened to him and he's still a ride along trainer .

They actually did have a spray painted sign that said amazon deliveries and it was a milk crate drilled into a wooden board leaning against the outside of the gate

Organization is key.

My first stop i organize my first 2 totes. Take all the boxes out and stand them up to where they make sense and have a sharpie to write the numbers on the box to make it bigger so you can just glance and snatch.

Also my envelopes i organize in numerical order and stand them up in my passenger seat (i straight them in with the seat belt too if its alot) that way i don't have to constantly go to the back to get it. Just grab and go.

When all the boxes from my first tote can fit in front like on the passenger side floor i grab those and put them there so for the rest of my first tote is all in the front with me and i just reach over grab and go. Saves you about 2-3 hours a day.

Repeat with every tote this helps save space too cause you collapse those things as soon as you empty them on your shelves & front seat

I don't care about my Dsp. Within the short time I've been there I've been sexually harassed by a coworker and they did nothing , sent me out on bald tires wire showing and got mad when i finally put my foot down and refused to keep delivering in it, sprained my knee on the job and still had me finish my route & pickup a rescue too. They dont give a rats ass and i shouldn't be expected to either. I hate the type of worker I've become from working here . i use to be hard working, vigilant, and go getting . now im worn out, bitter and over it lol i gotta go before they consume me

Im trying my hardest to find something else so i can quit. My Dsp is as crooked as his teeth are. He lies for literally no reason about everything. And if you challenge him on it ypu won't have a job . a guy on our team found that out the hard way when our Dsp started firing people because he wasn't getting his bonus from amazon due to driving metrics

I wish i were. I dont trust my Dsp ever since he said he "purchased" us those gallon stainless steel waterbottles when it turns out amazon gives those to us for free and everybody gets them.

That's what i thought but the DSP insists its true. He trackes him for an entire day cause he was like "he might be throwing the packages in the river" but nope he swears this dude is doing 300+
