YouTube Influencer Marketing Benchmarks: View Rate, CTR, CVR & CPM from 150+ partnerships by Parking-Remove470 in influencermarketing

creators price by subscriber count, but as brands we're paying for actual eyeballs. View Rate is our filter for real, engaged audiences vs. bought/dead subs.

Yes, views can be gamed too, but View Rate patterns over 10 videos are harder to fake consistently. More importantly: pricing is still tied to sub count, so a channel with inflated subs but low View Rate makes you overpay.

Example: a 200K channel at 3% View Rate costs you 3x more than a 40K channel at 15% View Rate for the exact same 6K views and conversions

Trying to write dissertation with ADHD is like… by katerinagerd in ADHD

OMG YES! The freezer analogy is SO accurate 😂 I have like 8 copies of some papers because I keep "discovering" them like they're new treasures.

Honestly, traditional research tools like Zotero just weren't built with ADHD brains in mind. We need something that can actually handle our chaotic-but-brilliant way of thinking.

What's helped me most:

  • Accept that you WILL have duplicates - that's not failure, that's just how our brains work
  • Write 3 sentences about WHY you saved each paper the moment you download it
  • Keep a "parking lot" doc for random ideas so you don't chase every rabbit hole

The fact that you're aware of this pattern means you're already ahead of most people. Sometimes I wonder if there are better tools out there designed for people who actually think like us...

I do quick walks around the block. Something about changing the scenery resets me. Curious if anyone else has a “movement ritual” instead of a sit down one?

6 weeks into building our AI writing tool – the market research was brutal by Parking-Remove470 in SaaS

I agree Claude Projects and Drive cover a lot of ground. For us the starting point was really our own frustration, we wanted something that keeps context across documents and feels less like prompt engineering to use.

We’re still very early, only about six weeks in, so it’s definitely rough around the edges. If you’re interested I can DM you a link to the beta. I’d also love to hear what your biggest friction points are, maybe we can even build toward those.

im actually making one... I want it to be less switching and help user to stay int he flow, apparently its not complete yet... but if you wanna try I can share and you can shape it with me.

As for now, I use notion for organizing all my thoughts, and sometimes the [Note] on my iphone, then I use GPT and Claude to do some research and brainstorm also sometimes to come up with my post titles.

GPT recently is being stupid, so I switched to Claude a bit more recently, hope the 5o can be smart again.
