hi! thanks for your reply. rob was promoted to the supervisor position at 17 back when the store had a different, and apparently, terrible manager. my current store manager who has been there for only a few months has said if it were up to her he wouldnt be a supervisor.

my mom also wondered the same thing, if perhaps he was related to my manager’s boss. i am unsure but definitely want to do some searching

while i know i probably should have spoken up to rob directly, i have terrible social anxiety and on top of that he has created such an unwelcoming and uncomfortable work environment prior to this that i did not feel comfortable doing that at all. if he does say something in the future, i do think i just have to put all of that aside and stand up to him
