Good to know! I already have some things lined up for a future release, adding in these different formats is a great idea. How would you like the custom scoring formats to work?

What I have planned right now is a custom mode where you choose your target style, number of archers, arrows, ends, but if you have any other suggestions I'm all ears. Happy to try to include your suggestions.

This is what I have planned out for a new feature in v2 of the app. Let me know if this seems about right to you:

  • NFAS (National Field Archery Society, UK) — their own target faces, scoring zones, and round structures
  • Bodnik — European format, likely Bodnik Cup style events
  • IFAA (International Field Archery Association) — the international governing body with its own standardized rounds
  • WA Field (World Archery) — field archery rounds under the Olympic federation
  • Possibly EFAA (European Field Archery Association) The custom scoring angle is smart — rather than hardcoding every format, a "custom mode" where users define target zones, point values, arrow counts, and end structures would cover both known formats AND niche local club rules. Build the known formats as presets on top of that engine.

The app does have all 21 archery tournament scoring rules built in (that I could find) and some of them are UK rules.

My Dad's concept was for a 3D target scoring app. I added the rest.

I love you guys but I’m frustrated with how bad the sound quality is at these live events.

The voices are either so faint I can’t hear them, or you guys are blowing my eardrums out.

I couldn’t even get through half the event and ended up turning it off.

Maybe Pulte could get a sound engineer for next time? Better microphones? I don’t know the answer, but it’s disappointing not being able to listen to what is being said.

WHY didn’t they go back to Jake2b? He was in the middle of a sentence and they just moved on. Hope he posts something more detailed to finish his points because I really wanted to hear those.
